Paying for Online: Is it Necessary?

Consider this, you go to a well every day to get water. The water is not perfect, but you like it enough. Plus, it is free. Then one day, people take more control of the well. The promise to change the well to provide more better water. But now you need to pay to use it. This will definitely change how you'll live, but now you are forced to do so.

This is basically what happened to Playstation users.

Destiny: To Hate Or Not?

It is no secret, Destiny is the most disappointing game of 2014. Bungie has promised so much, but delivered so little. It was 2014's most talked about game, most controversial game, and belongs in many similar lists. Reviews haven't been so merciful either, with many scores hat are decent, but not perfect. Yet, it has won and been nominated for many awards. Plus, Destiny has had millions of players since release. So why do people still play and love a game that has received so much negative criticism?

Console Wars: Why So Serious?

Nintendo. Sony. Microsoft. These are the current three giants in the video game industry. Not only that, but the industry has developed to the extent of people becoming loyalists to one of the three, while discriminating against those that prefer the different alternative. The loyalty shown has grown to the point where people pray to their favorite company as if they were praying to their Maker. Then when you stick a bunch of people into any site or online forum, arguments rise. What is the point of any of this? Console wars may be fun for some. But people can certainly do better.

Playstation Plus: The Good, The Bad, The $avings!

Playstation Plus is Sony/Playstation's subscription service for their current Playstation platforms. All of this should already be known for those that play video games, obviously. Yet, it truly became the giant service that it is today thanks to the IGC: Instant Game Collection. With this, plus other goodies such as online backup saves and lots of discounts, this should be a sweet deal for $50 a year, right? Well, the glass isn't half full for many, as many people hate this service and its existence.

Let us talk about this.

Minecraft: Can It Click To You?

Minecraft is generally different than any other game I've played. Progression is built completely different and there is no objection built in, unless you can find its hidden secrets. Yes, it may be boring at times. But the game itself is literally like a bucket of building blocks: the game is fun only if you can make it fun.
